Añejo Tequila - The Caveman's Guide

Aged 24-36 months in lightly-toasted American White Oak barrels, the Añejo Tequila is made from the agave heads known as the "piña", and slowly cooked in a stone oven. In this double distillation process, only the very heart of the piña is used to create ultimate flavor.

The Añejo is a deep gold with hints of agave blue and a warm, full, toasty finish. The nose and palate offer citrus, caramel and fruity sweetness, with a baked aftertaste for the perfect blend of flavor.
